Looking for a creative outlet, Barb took her first jewelry class in 2010. She was instantly hooked and jewelry making became a new passion.

Barb works with a variety of materials, including leather, metal, polymer clay, enamel, and of course, gemstone and glass beads. She loves to learn new techniques, and has attended classes throughout the country and in the Czech Republic with nationally recognized instructors.

 

Barb creates her pieces in her home studio in Mills River, North Carolina. Combining her love of travel and interest in beads, her bead collection includes beads that she has discovered in Australia, France, New Zealand, Indonesia, Spain, and Africa as well as locations in the United States.
